For the teams that I engage with in Delivery and L&D, I orchestrated this 6 week long workshop from Elements of Agility (EoA) focused on upskilling budding leaders, program managers, enterprise architects etc. EoA designed the workshop catering to the needs of the product suite, organizational business strategy and caliber of team.
